Breaking it Down with DT Recap

The last two weeks shows have been fantastic! Our guests were dynamic and well informed about their issues and provided excellent information for our listeners.

On May 12th we featured Florida State Representative Matt Gaetz from Fort Walton Beach, Florida representing House District 4. Mr. Gaetz discussed several bills he sponsored in Florida and the overall direction of the state. As a member of the Millenial Generation Mr. Gaetz discussed how he got elected at such an early age as well as ways to reach the younger generation. This show can be heard at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/ac-nation/2011/05/13/breaking-it-down-with-dt.

On May 19th we featured Jonathan Williams, the Tax & Fiscal Policy Task Force Director for the American Legislative Exchange Council. Mr. Williams discussed ALEC's principles of taxation as well as their resolution in favor of a federal flat tax. Mr. Williams also discussed the amicus curiae brief written by ALEC to the 11 Circuit Court of Appeals regarding ObamaCare. Mr. Williams clearly laid our reasons for a flat tax and cleared up many misconceptions listeners might have about the flat tax as well as explained the major reasons why ALEC believes ObamaCare is not only unnecessary but unconstitutional. The archive of this show can be found at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/ac-nation/2011/05/20/breaking-it-down-with-dt.

These were fantastic shows and shouldn't be missed!
